She is a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Ruhr-University Bochum. She works on subproject 3, supervised by Prof. Dr. Stefan Berger, focusing on “’Co-determination’ – a German model for Europe, 1945- mid 1990s”. She studied German language and literature studies and History as well as Historical science at the Eberhard-Karls University Tübingen and Queen Mary University London holding both State Examinations as well as a Master’s degree. From 2017-2018 she worked as a foreign language assistant in Norway through the PAD of the Kultusministerkonferenz and continued her teaching activities at the humanistic Karls-Gymnasium in Stuttgart. Her main research interests lie within the culture of remembrance, historical-political education, the circulation of political and economic ideas and the role of trade unions in the democratization process.
