Cosmic ray transport and galactic magnetic fields are key ingredients for a better understanding of galaxy evolution. In recent years, the topic has gained more and more attention and new approaches to model and understand cosmic rays and magnetic fields are arising quickly. For this workshop we invite international experts from both the simulation and observer side. Strengthening the connection between observation and simulation is the main goal of this workshop.

Looking forward to seeing you in Bochum!
